Dear partners, friends and colleagues,

In times like this, we are facing biggest challenges of our time, all as nations, all as businesses, all as individuals. At the same moment, we have received multiple issues to be solved, and none of us were prepared for that. First of all, COVID-19 virus, brought to us - health threats and scared all with massive signs of panic, thanks to fast and professional reaction of our governments, this threat is stopped and will be cleared in short time. Bigger is the following consequences of the economic recession. Measures taken to fight the virus, have disrupted all world economy and the outcome will only begin to show in weeks and months to come. The first line of weakest and unprotected business is private smaller entities, where a lot of our partners are in.

We as AD Baltic group, took all measures needed and come as much as possible prepared for both the Virus and the Economic slowdown.

Regarding COVID-19:

Our business model was always B2b (We work only with You – The professionals) and ~ 95% of all sales are done per distance (E-shop (AD Cat) or Phone Calls). About 95% of goods are delivered to You – so here we already were prepared as much as possible. Further actions taken to support fight with COVID-19. Our central warehouse operational shifts were broken into small groups, separated by fractioned shifts – to avoid massive gatherings. Our Sales outlet teams are optimal small groups of 3-5 people separated in area of ~500 sqm. Our Delivery cars are 95% of time on the road, with fast in and out operations. All staff with possibilities to work from home, will work from home. All personal is equipped with sanitary goods, and additionally will get equipped with additional safety kits. The government recommendations of isolation of travelers (Workers who recently traveled) or other staff with possibility of increased infection will be isolated by all recommendations.

Regarding Economic Slowdown:

We as a local Baltic capital business, understand that although the government will do all that is in their power, but till then all problems will fall on our own shoulders. There fore we will do all that is possible to keep operations running, with uninterrupted supply chain, and working hours to support You as local businessmen, businesswomen. Additionally, we will try to support local businessmen/women from food supply chain by financing food delivery orders to our staff from local small businessmen, creating an example that first of all, we have to help each other. Additionally, a budget will be confirmed for our personnel that are facing issues because of closed schools to support children care while they are at work.
