New customer service department opened in Rakvere
The grand opening of what is already the sixth customer service department in Estonia took place in Rakvere on Thursday, 9 January 2020.

The event included an opening celebration, and the winners of the Masters League 2019 grand prizes were drawn and announced.


 

A large group of partners and prospective clients attended, undeterred by the northern wind and rain. The guests met the employees of the new AD Baltic department, toured the spare parts warehouse, and tried out the ADCAT ordering platform. Everyone was treated to hot drinks, lunch, and a festive cake with fireworks.



 

Nikolajs Želņins, AD Baltic’s director for Latvia and Estonia, gave the official welcome speech and then cut the symbolic opening ribbon together with his assistant in Estonia, Aapo Kitsing. According to Nikolajs, “by opening this customer service department, we are confirming that we are continuing to move in the right direction and are living up to our promise of being closer to our partners and delivering parts even faster.”


 

The Masters League 2019 final was part of the celebration, complete with a live stream on Facebook. The event was hosted by well-known Estonian reporter Raivo Rimm, who – along with AD Baltic assistant director Aapo Kitsing and Bosch representative in Estonia Margus Kaju – determined the grand prize winners. We found out who won the €3,000 Estravel gift voucher and the two-week trip to China for two. The guests gave the winners a big round of applause. A whopping 745 partners participated in the Master League 2019 lottery, with a total of 9,927 lottery tickets.
