These Website Terms of Use (hereinafter – the Terms) set out the conditions and procedure for using the website www.adbaltic.lt (hereinafter – the Website) managed by UAB “AD Baltic” (legal entity code 120054177, registered address Ukmergės g. 284, Vilnius, Lithuania) (hereinafter – the Company). 1.2. Every person visiting and/or using the Website (hereinafter – the Visitor) confirms that they have read these Terms and commits to complying with them. If the Visitor does not agree with these Terms or any part of them, they must not use the Website. 1.3. This Website is for informational purposes. Product orders, purchase-sale contracts, and payments are executed through a separate specialized business client (B2B) ordering system ADCAT, which is subject to separate Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale.
