Candidate Requirements

• Experience: At least 1 year in business process and/or project management.
• Methodologies: Excellent knowledge of at least several frameworks: LEAN, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, Hybrid, PMI/PMBOK, ISO, CPM, etc.
• Technical Skills: * Experience in process mapping, drafting schemes, and preparing process descriptions/documentation.
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and measuring organizational KPIs.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with MS Navision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365.
  • Experience with project management tools (Planner, MS Project, etc.) is an advantage.
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Russian (both written and spoken).
• Soft Skills:
  • Analytical and strategic thinking with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and task-completion (follow-through) skills.
