  • 1988

    Brake-Service
    Start of activities 1988.03.17 We started our activities in a modest repair shop in Salininkai. Initial business was restoration and repair of Shock absorbers. Company was started by Two shareholders (Mr. Kęstutis Tubutis and Mr. Mindaugas Šertvytis).

  • 1998

    In 1998 we started Activities In Latvia.

  • 2004

    We became a member of Autodistribution International. Oldes and most professional ITG (International Trading Group in Europe).

  • 2005

    Company Became AD Baltic and created a fully separated organization structure (Name change from KEMI)

  • 2010

    We entered Estonian and Belarusian market by Acquiring local players.

  • 2012

    Company AD Baltic, starts runing all organization on one and unified ERP – MS Navision

  • 2013

    Mr. Kęstutis Tubutis buys 100% control of a group of companies of AD Baltic and becomes single shareholder.

  • 2016

    We Launch a fully inhouse built and most professional on the market – B2B Ecommerce catalog system – “ADCAT”

  • 2018

    On May 26, AD Baltic celebrated its 30th anniversary at the Žalgiris Arena. AD Baltic’s clients and partners from all three Baltic countries gathered for the celebration.

  • 2019

    Company Reaches 60 mln EUR Revenue

  • 2020

    We have reached a team of 500 employees and have become one of the largest employers in the Baltic market.

  • 2022

    The company increased its market share in the Baltic States and reached sales revenue of EUR 86 million.

  • 2025

    The company has successfully completed the transaction to acquire 100% of the shares of Mercantile AS, one of the most experienced and highly regarded players in the Estonian market.
